Upcycling with Spray Paint Art

Sometimes upcycling is about using trash to create something beautiful! Learn how these lids, bowls and cups became planets, moons and stars.

My son uses trash to create his space elements in his Spray Paint Art.
This is his first Spray Paint Art done about 2 years ago on an old shelf on its way to becoming a permanent table top.
This was actually his first practice piece done with only black and white. He upcycled various items to make his tools for stars, planets and the comets.
The playing cards were used in the picture below to create the exploding pieces.

This is a great example of how a specific skill crafter can find ways to incorporate upcycling into their projects. Click here to read more about upcycling skills.
